Shipping Policy

At Sable & Oak, we carefully source and ship our pieces through trusted fulfillment partners to bring you thoughtfully curated decor at accessible prices.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times generally range between 7–15 business days, depending on your location and product demand.

Please note:

  • Processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
  • Because some items ship directly from our suppliers, orders may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your support email with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of our sourcing and fulfillment process, we currently do not accept:

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after an order has been processed

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will always work to resolve legitimate issues fairly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sable & Oak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims related to delivery issues.
